For new pack members we will schedule a meet-and-greet prior to your service at your home so we can get to know each other and learn how we can best serve you.

Your pet will be cared for by a licensed, insured and bonded Pack Member who puts your pet’s welfare and your peace of mind first. You will always know and approve of who is entering your home and caring for your pet.
Service Policies
- No cancellation fee if cancelled before pack member arrives at your home!
- No minimum visits requirement!
Guaranteed Availability
Once you have become and established pack member (service contract & pet info on file and access to your home confirmed) you are GUARANTEED availability as long as you give us 72 hours notice. * Does not include Christmas & Thanksgiving Holidays. Please book early!
